Redcliffe may never be cold enough for chestnuts on an open fire but head chef Peter has created an exciting array of new recipes using local fresh seasonal produce, along with the very best speciality ingredients that will tempt the most selective taste buds.
The Golden Ox is renowned as a destination seafood restaurant and this menu will continue to impress seafood lovers, as well as aged beef, duck and vegetarian dishes.
Oven baked barramundi with leak and fennel, along with harissa spiced risotto and preserved lemon gremolata is one of our must-try dishes for all Barramundi Lovers out there.
Highlights include our Grilled Eye Fillet Medallion and Barramundi Fillet served with rosemary potato parmentier, fresh broccolini, beef jus and hollandaise.
The Ginger & Lemongrass Seafood Curry with mouth-watering fresh prawns, scallops, barramundi and calamari in a coconut curry sauce along with coriander chilli jasmine steamed rice is another show-stopper.
