Prawn “Martini” – fresh Mooloolaba ocean king prawns, avocado mousse, tomato salsa, toasted Turkish bread

Veal Scallopini – oregano & lime marinated, roast sweet potato mash, beef jus, watercress salad

Chicken Salad – heirloom tomatoes, sliced baby beetroot mixed lettuce, raddish, walnuts, Persian fetta & apple vinaigrette (vegetarian available without chicken)

Oysters Natural – Tasmanian pacific oysters served on ice with lemon & cocktail sauce

 

Main Courses

Macadamia Crusted Barramundi Fillet – fresh Queensland barramundi, paris mash, baby vegetables, citrus chive beurre blanc

Eye Fillet – prime pasture raised 220g eye fillet, rosemary potato, seasonal vegetables, wilted spinach, bordelaise sauce

Chicken Mediterranean – oven baked brie & sun-dried tomato stuffed supreme, creamy mash, ratatouille tomato basil sauce

Crispy skin salmon – cauliflower & white bean mash, micro herbs, squid ink beurre blanc

 

Desserts

Espresso brulee – chocolate mousse, gingerbread, honeycomb, pecan caramel ice-cream

Pear pudding – bosque pear, date & walnut pudding, baileys ice-cream, Moscato pear compote
