Besides providing important coastal resources, the waters of the bay are very popular for recreational anglers. It is also known for commercial operators who provide fresh local seafood such as Moreton Bay bugs, prawns, whiting, snapper, and crabs. Now it’s time to get excited as The Golden Ox is bringing on round 2 of the Seafood Sensations Menu! From the beginning of August to the end of September you can come down to The Ox for a range of must-try dishes put together by Head Chef Peter and his team. Working hard behind the scenes, they’ve worked culinary magic to bring the Bays flavours right to your table. So sit back and relax as we use the freshest local seafood to provide you with a flavour explosion you will always remember, with dishes to suit everyone. All our other menus will still be available at all times
