Sunday 14th May 2017

Lunch from 11.30 a.m.      Dinner from 6.00 p.m.


FRESH MOOLOOLABA KING PRAWNS – avocado mousse, tomato salsa, cocktail sauce

CHICKEN RISOTTO – lemon myrtle chicken breast, pea and asparagus risotto, roast beetroot, shaved grana padano

POMEGRANATE SALAD – Pomegranate, goat’s cheese and rocket salad, with heirloom tomatoes and walnuts



EYE FILLET (200g) grass-fed, served with rosemary chat potatoes, seasonal vegetables and beef jus

CHICKEN KIEV – Persian fetta and caramelised onion stuffed chicken breast, Paris mash,  wilted spinach chicken jus

BARRAMUNDI MACADAMIA – fresh local barramundi fillet with macadamia nut and herb crust, baby vegetables, lemon beurre blanc

LAMB RUMP – marinated lamb rump, green pea mash, balsamic shallots, green vegetables  and bordelaise sauce



CRÈME CARAMEL (gf) garnished with fresh fruit, Chantilly cream

FRUIT AND SORBET – seasonal fruit, with blood orange gelato

WARM FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE – chocolate ganache, whipped cream, fresh berries ice-cream


2 COURSES – $51     main course, dessert, tea or coffee
