Come join us on the 1st September for our delicious five-course Wine Degustation Dinner that will feature a spectacular menu prepared especially for you!
We will be showcasing Hardys multi-award winning Heritage Reserve Bin (HRB) wines from around Australia, paired to perfection with each course designed by Head Chef Peter Tzimas and his team.
The menu will feature Mooloolaba prawns, spiced pulled duck, poached cobia, 300 days grain fed black onyx and so much more.
Chilled Mooloolaba prawn cutlets, Noosa spanner crab mousse, avocado and vine tomato salad, yuzu mayonnaise.
